| Description: |
- Test web-based and desktop/server applications looking for defects and usability issues.
- To a lesser extent, assist users with support issues.
- Help configure, troubleshoot, and deploy servers, network devices, and applications.
- Help prioritize programming requests to improve usability and reduce support requests.
- During April/May busy season, ability to respond to some after-hours calls will be expected.
